AGM with e-voting
Meetings, resolutions, quorum, a live vote tally per resolution and the minutes, in the app.
Maintenance bills, UPI payments, the society’s accounts, visitor approvals, complaints and meetings for Indian housing societies. Free for 90 days, and our team sets it up with you.

The guard logs the visitor with a photo. The flat gets a push with Allow and Deny. The answer is back on the gate screen, and the entry is locked into the gate register.
Quick tiles for delivery, cab, guest, help or vendor, with company chips like Swiggy, Zomato or Amazon that fill in the details.
Every resident of the flat gets the request as a push notification, and one tap answers it.
Allowed or denied shows up on the guard’s screen, and the entry goes into the gate log either way.
Gate entries cannot be edited or deleted, so the committee can trust the register when something goes wrong.
Set each charge head once: per square foot of carpet area, or a fixed amount per flat. The office raises the month’s bills for every flat in one go, and SocietyConnect posts them to the books.
Service charges, property tax, sinking fund, repair fund, parking and non-occupancy, each with its own rule. Water can follow meter readings with slabs.
Flat penalty, interest after a grace period or day-based interest, shown on the bill so the member can check it.
The member pays by the society’s UPI link or QR and sends the UTR from the app. The committee confirms it and the bill is marked paid. The office records cash, cheques, bank transfers, part payments and advances.
The committee sees who owes what, with a reminder message ready to send to each member. Bulk SMS reminders need an approved DLT template. Recovery notices are drafted from the same list.
Every bill, receipt and expense posts to double-entry books as it happens. The treasurer sees the trial balance today, not at the year end.
Trial balance, income and expenditure, balance sheet, flat ledgers.
Import the bank statement and match each line to receipts and payments in the books.
GST returns with a GSTR summary, and a TDS report on vendor bills.
A purchase request climbs the approval levels you set before it becomes a payable expense.
Sinking and repair funds as balance sheet funds, petty cash, several bank accounts.
Read-only access, an audit trail of money events and Tally XML export.
Export the books as Excel-ready CSV or Tally XML journals whenever you need them.
The jobs that used to live in a register, a notice board and five WhatsApp groups.
Meetings, resolutions, quorum, a live vote tally per resolution and the minutes, in the app.
Complaints with photos and a status from open to closed. Residents rate the fix. The committee raises work orders with a vendor and the cost, so repairs are tracked to the rupee.
Clubhouse, hall or court by slot, with capacity, opening hours, a charge per booking and committee approval where you want it.
Notices go out by push and in the app, and residents acknowledge them. Polls sit in the same feed.
Flat records, owners and tenants, family members and pets, vehicles, parking, and move-in and move-out dates with refundable deposits.
Buy and sell between residents, local shops by pincode, a community feed, a step challenge and a documents library.
Open any feature for the full detail, real screens and the questions committees ask about it.
One press alerts the guards and the committee with the resident’s live location.
Photo, video or a voice note, with a timeline of who did what.
A delivery or cab that stays too long inside is flagged to the guard.
The day guard takes over with an OTP, and the night guard’s out time is stamped.
All four cover the gate, billing and complaints. The table shows where each one puts its weight, from each vendor’s own pages, and where we fall short today.

Competitor details are each vendor’s own claims from its website, read on 30 October 2026, and are not independently verified. Vendors change their pages often. SocietyConnect is our product, so read our side as a seller’s claim too, and test every app on your own bills. Full details and sources: MyGate vs NoBrokerHood vs ADDA, compared with SocietyConnect.
You are not left alone with a login. These are the steps we take with your committee.
We load wings, flats, members, carpet areas, opening dues and charge heads from your sheets.
We raise one month’s bills and compare them with your last bills, flat by flat, before residents see anything.
Residents join with the society code, guards get the gate app, and we train the guards at the gate.
Bank reconciliation, the first trial balance, and the auditor login if you want your auditor to look.
Continue on a quoted plan, or export your data and stop. Nothing is charged automatically.
Better you hear it from us than find it in week three.
A society management app runs the daily work of a housing society on phones and a web dashboard: maintenance bills and payments, the society’s books, visitor entry at the gate, complaints, notices, meetings and amenity bookings. Residents, guards, the managing committee and the accountant each get the screens for their own job.
SocietyConnect is free for 90 days, with every module switched on. Our team sets up your society, loads your flats and opening dues, and trains the committee and guards during that time. Before day 90 you decide whether to continue on a paid plan. If you stop, you can download your data first.
We share a written quote based on your number of flats and the modules you want to keep. Nothing is charged automatically, and no card is needed to start. If you do not continue, the committee can export members, bills, receipts and ledgers before the account closes.
All of these cover the gate, billing and complaints. SocietyConnect puts the society’s accounts at the centre: double-entry books, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS, purchase requests with a level-by-level approval chain, a read-only auditor login and Tally XML export, in the same system as the gate and the resident app. It has no advertising in the resident app, and it is built and supported by a team in Navi Mumbai. MyGate and NoBrokerHood are larger, longer-running products with features we do not have yet, such as a guard app in Hindi and Marathi and phone calls to residents who miss an approval.
It is a good fit if your committee cares most about correct bills and clean books, wants one system for the gate and the accounts, and prefers a local team that sets things up with you. If your main need is a guard app in Hindi or Marathi, or automatic phone calls to residents at the gate, MyGate or NoBrokerHood may suit you better today.
Yes. Each charge head has its own basis: a fixed amount per flat or a rate per square foot of carpet area. Water can be billed from meter readings with slabs. Sinking fund, repair fund, parking and non-occupancy go in as their own heads. The office generates the bills for every flat in one go each month or quarter, and late fee or interest follows one of three methods. Set the rate your general body approved and confirm it with your adviser or auditor. Billing by flat type or BHK is not available yet.
Residents pay by UPI, using the society’s UPI link or QR, then tap I have paid in the app and add the UTR number and a screenshot. The committee checks it against the bank and confirms, and the bill is marked paid. The office also records cash, cheques, bank transfers, part payments and advances. Every confirmed payment posts to the flat’s ledger and the society’s books, and receipts are printed from the web dashboard. Card and net banking inside the app are not available yet.
Yes. The books export as Excel-ready CSV and as Tally XML journals. The auditor gets a read-only login with the trial balance, income and expenditure, balance sheet, flat ledgers and an audit trail of every money entry.
The guard logs the visitor with a photo and the flat. The flat’s residents get a push notification and tap Allow or Deny, and the guard sees the answer on the gate screen. If nobody in the flat answers, the guard sees a No answer note. Residents can also send guest passes with a code on WhatsApp and set up frequent visitor passes. Gate entries cannot be edited or deleted.
There is an Android app for residents, a guard app and a shop app, plus a web dashboard for the committee and accountant. We share the Android apps with your society during setup. The iPhone app is not on the App Store yet; iPhone users can use the web portal.
The society does. Each society’s data is kept separate from every other society, people see only what their role allows, and the committee can export registers, bills and books at any time. There is no advertising in the app and we do not sell resident data.
Our team can run several societies from the platform login we hold, and each society’s committee sees only its own data. A separate login for a facility management company, limited to its own societies, is not available yet, and there are no combined reports across societies.
Send the form and we call you within one business day. Bring last month’s bill and your member list, and we will show your own society on SocietyConnect.
