Frequently asked questions
Is the website really free for NGOs and temples?
Yes. Infoways does not charge for designing, building or setting up your website and AI tools, or for one year of support after launch. You pay only third-party costs such as your domain name and hosting, directly to those providers.
What will our organisation have to pay for?
Only services that come from other companies: the domain name, web hosting, payment gateway fees on online donations, WhatsApp Business messaging charges and AI usage charges if you use them, and any paid tool you choose. We add nothing on top.
Do you take any share of the donations?
No. Donations go through a payment account in your organisation’s name, straight to your bank account. Infoways never handles or takes a share of donation money.
Does our NGO or temple need to be registered to apply?
No. Any non-profit organisation or temple can apply, including small community groups. If you are registered, we can add your registration details to donation receipts.
Who owns the website?
Your organisation does. The domain, hosting account, website and all the data are set up in your name, so you are never locked in.
What happens after the first year?
After the free year of support, you can continue with a low-cost support plan if you want, or manage the website yourselves. There is no obligation.
Can the website be in Hindi or Marathi?
Yes. We can build your website in English, Hindi and Marathi, so you can reach people in the language they are most comfortable with.
How long does it take?
