iPresent costs between Rs 270 and Rs 540 per employee per year, depending on the plan, plus Rs 3,600 per year for each admin who uses the web dashboard. GST is added on top. That works out to roughly Rs 22 to Rs 45 per employee per month.

There are two kinds of users. An app user is any employee who marks attendance, applies for leave or submits a claim from the phone app. A web user is someone who works on the dashboard: usually the HR executive, an admin manager, the accountant or the owner. Most small companies need one web user. Larger ones often have one per branch or one each for HR and accounts.
The Tally add-on is a flat Rs 3,600 per year for the company, not per person. It sends salary and expense entries to Tally so your accountant does not type them again. Payroll processing, payslips and statutory reports such as PF, ESI and PT run through this Tally-integrated setup.

GST is charged on top of these totals. Your own number depends on headcount, how many dashboard users you need and whether you take the Tally add-on.
What these examples tell you
For a 25-person office on Standard, Rs 10,350 a year is about Rs 862 a month for the whole company.
For a 100-person company, the plan choice matters more than the headcount. A pharma or FMCG firm with reps in the field may only need expenses on top of attendance, so Essential Expenses at Rs 52,200 a year does the job. A manufacturer running salary through Tally across three branches is better served by Enterprise with the add-on at Rs 68,400. The gap between the two is Rs 16,200 a year, and you only pay it if you use those extra parts.

Pick it if staff travel and claim money: sales reps, service engineers, site supervisors. Claims, advances and approvals move to the app.

Pick it if you need to see what people did with their day: agencies, consultants, project teams and back offices.

Pick it if you want attendance, expenses and timesheets together, often with the Tally add-on for payroll. Best for growing multi-branch firms.

Things to check before you sign up
Count your users carefully. Include everyone who must mark attendance, including drivers, housekeeping and contract staff you pay directly. Then decide who needs the dashboard. Giving every manager a web login adds Rs 3,600 each per year; often managers can approve leave from the app instead.
Decide early if payroll will go through Tally. Adding it later is fine, but setting it up from the start saves one round of data clean-up. If you are comparing iPresent with a fingerprint machine, remember that machines have their own cost, repairs and a queue at shift change, and they do nothing for field staff. iPresent pricing: common questions
Is iPresent billed monthly or yearly?
Prices are per user per year. Rs 270 a year on Standard works out to about Rs 22.50 per employee per month, but it is billed for the year.
Is GST included in the price?
No. All prices on this page are before GST, which is added to your invoice.
Can I add users in the middle of the year?
Ask us. Tell us how many people you plan to add and when, and we will confirm how the extra users are billed for your account.
What is the difference between an app user and a web user?
An app user is an employee using the phone app to punch in, apply for leave or file claims. A web user works on the admin dashboard, such as HR, accounts or the owner. Web users are Rs 3,600 each per year.
Is the Tally add-on charged per user?
No. Tally integration for expenses and payroll is a flat Rs 3,600 per year for your company, on top of your plan.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Staff use their own phones. For workers without smartphones, a single shared phone or tablet at the gate is enough for face check-in.
Can I change my plan later?
Ask us. Many companies start on Standard and move to a bigger plan when they are ready for expenses or timesheets. We will confirm how the change is billed.
