Say you run a lab with a main processing centre in Vashi and two collection centres in Kharghar and Airoli, plus home collection. Today, bookings come by phone, a phlebotomist gets a list on WhatsApp, and reports are emailed or collected in person. Here is how the same day looks with the system in place. The numbers are only for illustration.
At 7 pm, a patient picks a Thyroid and Vitamin D package on your website, enters her pincode, chooses a 7-8 am home slot and pays by UPI. The system assigns the pickup to the phlebotomist covering that area and sends the patient a fasting reminder. At 7:20 am, the phlebotomist opens his app, scans the barcode on each tube, captures the patient's signature and marks the sample collected. The tubes reach Vashi with the barcodes already linked to the order.
In the lab, the analyser results flow into the system against the barcode. A pathologist reviews flagged values, adds a remark and approves. The moment the report is approved, the patient gets a WhatsApp message with a secure link. The PDF carries a QR code that opens a verification page on your own website, so a referring doctor can confirm it is genuine. If the patient has given consent, the report can be linked to her ABHA number.
At day end, the owner sees collections by branch, home visits by phlebotomist, turnaround time per test, and referral amounts due to each doctor, all without anyone typing it into Excel. The same patient booking again next quarter sees her old reports and gets a one-tap rebooking of the same package.
