Car Leasing CRM Linked to Tally
A corporate car leasing company ran leads, quotes, purchase orders, fleet costs and accounts in separate spreadsheets, inboxes and TallyPrime — with no single view of what each car earned or cost.
What we built and the outcome
What we built. One CRM that carries every lease from enquiry to end of lease: approved quotes, POs, KYC, delivery, fleet and cost tracking, finance pulled straight from TallyPrime, and AI that drafts quotes and reads repair invoices — with a person approving every step.
Outcome. 380+ leased cars, 3,500+ approved quotes and 290+ corporate clients run through one system, with per-car costs matched to Tally.
Daily Sales Reporting System for 100+ Reps
A Tally Solutions partner’s 20 sales teams reported their day on WhatsApp and Excel, and leaders spent evenings compiling reports that were out of date by morning.
What we built and the outcome
What we built. A daily reporting app where every rep logs calls, visits, new business and renewals in minutes, leaders set monthly and morning plans, and 25+ reports, leaderboards and incentive statements build themselves.
Outcome. 100+ active users and 61,000+ filled daily entries since April 2025 — managers see today’s numbers today, with plan vs actual by team, rep and product.

Game DevelopmentShelly Climb: A One-Tap Arcade Game
Build an original casual game that is easy to pick up, keeps players coming back, and earns from ads without annoying them, on Android, iOS and the web from one codebase.
What we built and the outcome
What we built. We designed and built Shelly Climb: tap to hop a snail across a twisting vine, dodge bugs, collect bubbles, unlock snails and upgrades. Original art and sound, rewarded and interstitial ads, consent handling, and builds for Google Play, the App Store, our website and web game portals.
Outcome. Live on Google Play and playable in the browser on our website, with the same game packaged for each platform.
Website + Local SEODirect Ordering Website for a Restaurant
A restaurant relied almost entirely on food aggregators — paying heavy commissions on every order and never owning the customer relationship.
What we built and the outcome
What we built. We built a fast, mobile-first ordering website with an easy checkout, and set up local SEO and the Google Business Profile so diners could find and order direct.
Outcome. A direct ordering channel that keeps far more margin per order, plus visibility in local “near me” searches — without leaving the aggregators behind.

A business with staff across multiple locations struggled with manual registers, proxy attendance and slow, error-prone payroll inputs.

What we built. We rolled out iPresent — selfie check-in verified by face ID, GPS and IP, with one dashboard across every site and payroll-ready reports. No hardware needed.
