Say you run a network of 40 astrologers from Pune, covering Vedic, KP, tarot and numerology, in Hindi, Marathi and English. These numbers are only to show the flow. A customer in Nagpur installs your app from a rashifal page she found on Google. She enters her birth date, time and place once, and the app draws her kundli in seconds. A banner offers the first three minutes free with any astrologer marked as a new joiner.
She recharges Rs 300 by UPI. The wallet shows Rs 300 plus a small bonus you set for first recharges. She picks a Marathi-speaking astrologer at Rs 25 a minute and taps Start Chat. The astrologer’s app rings. When he accepts, the timer starts on the server, and her birth chart opens on his screen next to the chat, so he does not have to ask for details again.
The chat runs eleven minutes. At minute nine, the app warns her that two minutes of balance remain and offers a quick recharge. She ends the chat at minute eleven, rates the session, and the system deducts Rs 275 minus the free minutes. The astrologer suggests a Rahu shanti puja; she books it from the store inside the same app, and the temple partner later uploads a short video of the puja being done in her name.
On Monday, the admin panel adds up the week for every astrologer: minutes served, gross earnings, your commission, any refunds approved by support, and the net payable. Accounts downloads the payout file and pays by bank transfer, and each astrologer sees the same numbers in his earnings screen.
