iPresent is an attendance management system that runs on your employees’ phones. Each person checks in and out through the iPresent app on Android or iPhone. The app confirms who they are with a selfie and where they are with GPS, a geo-fence or your office Wi-Fi. HR and owners see everything on a web dashboard, live.

Marking attendance is only half the job. The other half is knowing whether the punch was on time for that person’s shift. In iPresent you build shift schedules, including rotating and night shifts, and the system checks every punch against them. Late marks, early exits and overtime are worked out for you.

Who It Suits
Industries that get the most from iPresent
Manufacturing units in TTC MIDC, Taloja or Bhiwandi use face check-in at the gate and rotating shifts. Honest Limits
When iPresent may not be the right fit
If your team is five people in one room and you are happy with a register, the software may be more than you need. iPresent also needs a working phone and mobile data or Wi-Fi to punch in; for workers without phones, plan for a shared gate device. GPS check-in also needs location switched on.
iPresent is ready-made software, not a custom build. If you have a very unusual process that no standard system handles, talk to us first, and we will tell you plainly whether iPresent fits or a custom software build makes more sense.
iPresent is a cloud attendance and employee management system from the Infoways group. Staff check in from an Android or iPhone app, and HR manages attendance, leave, timesheets, expenses, assets and payroll from a web dashboard.
How is iPresent different from a biometric machine?
There is no machine to buy, install or repair. Staff punch in from their phone, or on one shared phone at the gate, and it also works for field staff who never come to the office.
Can employees fake attendance?
It is very hard. Each punch can be checked by face, by GPS location inside a geo-fence, or by your office Wi-Fi network. You can combine methods for extra checks.
What about workers who do not have a smartphone?
Keep a shared phone or tablet at the gate or site. Workers show their face to punch in, with no personal phone or ID card needed.
Does iPresent handle night shifts and overtime?
Yes. You can set fixed, rotating and night shifts, and iPresent works out late marks, early exits and overtime against each person’s shift.
How much does iPresent cost?
Plans start at Rs 270 per app user per year on Standard and go up to Rs 540 on Enterprise. Web dashboard users are Rs 3,600 each per year. GST is extra.
Is there a free trial?

Can it connect to Tally?
