Police verification status
The committee marks a helper police verified from the app. Until then, every flat sees Verification pending.
One register for every maid, cook and driver who works in your society, with gate attendance that pings each flat they work for. Society staff get a muster roll, payroll and ID cards on the web dashboard. Part of SocietyConnect, free for 90 days.

Sunita works in four flats across two wings. Four families want to know when she arrives, and the guard knows her only as “the maid from A-wing”.
Daily help is the biggest flow of people through a society gate, and the least recorded. Each family keeps its own idea of who comes when. The guard waves familiar faces through. When a cook stops coming, nobody tells the gate, and when a new maid joins, nobody checks her ID.
SocietyConnect keeps one record per person. If three flats add the same maid by her phone number, she is one entry linked to all three. The guard marks her in once at the gate and every one of those flats gets a push. The committee can mark her police verification, and a person the committee deactivates cannot walk back in on a resident’s say-so.

The resident’s Daily help screen lists each person with their type, working days and hours, police verification status and whether they have arrived today. A row of stars lets the flat rate them, and the profile page shows recent attendance.
On the Daily help tab of the guard app, the guard searches her name and sees the flats she works for.
The arrival time is saved once for the day. A second tap cannot move it.
Each flat she works for gets “Daily help arrived” on their phones.
The guard marks her out. A night caretaker who leaves after midnight closes the previous day’s entry.
The committee marks a helper police verified from the app. Until then, every flat sees Verification pending.
A helper the committee deactivates is stopped at the gate with a message to ask the committee. A resident cannot bring them back by adding the same phone number.
Helpers are matched by phone number, so the same person working in five flats has one history.
Only flats that employ the helper, and the committee, can rate them. The profile shows the average and the count.
Each helper’s profile shows recent days in and out, so a family can check without asking the guard.
Full ID numbers show only to the committee and the member who added the helper.

Guards reach the daily help list from the Daily help tile on the gate screen or the Help tab at the bottom. Committee members have a separate Staff attendance screen in their own app to mark society staff in and out for the day. More on the gate app is on the security guard app page.

It keeps a register of the maids, cooks, drivers and nannies who work in the society, records when they come and go at the gate, and tells each family when their help arrives. SocietyConnect also handles the society’s own staff with attendance and payroll.
No. Helpers are matched by phone number. When another flat adds the same number, SocietyConnect links her to that flat as well, so there is one record and one attendance history.
The guard marks her in at the gate from the guard app, and every flat she works for gets a push notification. Your Daily help screen also shows today’s status and recent attendance.
The committee marks each helper police verified from the app. Until then the helper shows as Verification pending to every flat.
Yes. The web dashboard has a staff roster, a monthly muster roll, payroll with loss-of-pay, advances and deductions, salary slips, a payroll register and staff ID cards. Marking salaries paid posts the entry to the society’s books.
