iPresent is built around the daily running of a team: who came, who is on leave, what was spent, what equipment they hold and what they are paid. If your main need is hiring, such as job posts, candidate tracking and interview rounds, or a formal yearly appraisal cycle with goals and ratings, those are not part of what iPresent offers.
