iPresent is a cloud employee management app built for Indian businesses. Your staff check in and out from an Android or iPhone app, and your HR or admin team works from a web dashboard. It covers attendance, timesheets, expense claims, company assets, employee self-service and, with the Tally plan, payroll. You do not need a biometric machine or any other device at the gate.
Infoways sells, installs and supports iPresent directly. Our team sits in Mahape, Navi Mumbai, and works with companies across Mumbai, Thane, Pune and the rest of India. When you buy from us, you get people who load your data, set your rules, train your staff and pick up the phone when something looks wrong.

Who makes iPresent?
iPresent is an Infoways group product. Infoways sells it, sets it up, trains your team and gives ongoing support from our office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai.
Do I need a biometric machine?
No. Staff use their own Android or iPhone, or a shared phone or tablet at the gate for face check-in. There is no hardware to buy.
What is the cheapest plan?
The Standard plan is Rs 270 per app user per year, plus GST. It covers attendance, asset management and self-service. Admin users who work on the web dashboard are Rs 3,600 each per year.
Can I try it first?
Yes. There is a 9-day free trial, and you can book a demo with us to see it with your own shifts and rules.
Does it work with Tally?
Yes. The Tally integration add-on sends salary and expense entries to Tally. We help you connect it to your Tally company.
Can I use it outside Mumbai?
